Therapy Services
We provide neuroaffirming therapy for children, teenagers, and adults. Our work is collaborative, respectful, and tailored to each person’s goals, strengths, and way of experiencing the world.
Therapy with Wayfinder focuses on building understanding and self-advocacy, reducing distress and burnout, and supporting regulation rather than compliance. We translate insight into practical, everyday strategies that make a meaningful difference at home, at school, at work, and in relationships.
