Who We Are
Hello!
Wayfinder Therapy was created to provide a different kind of psychological support — one that is deeply respectful of neurodiversity, grounded in evidence-based practice, and focused on meaningful change in everyday life.
We understand that many individuals and families come to therapy or assessment after a long period of uncertainty, advocacy, or feeling misunderstood. Our role is to offer clarity, direction, and practical support in a way that feels collaborative, compassionate, and empowering.
Dr Jane Morgan
Jane is a Clinical Psychologist with experience across private practice, community settings, and research.
Her work focuses on neurodevelopmental differences, emotional wellbeing, and supporting children, adolescents, and adults to better understand and celebrate themselves and participate more fully in their daily lives.
Jane also brings over a decade of experience working in the family violence sector across research, service development, and direct clinical support, which deeply informs her trauma-informed, systems-aware approach to assessment and therapy.
Her practice is grounded in neuroaffirming and strengths-based principles.
Mabel
Mabel is our much-loved therapy dog in training. She helps create a calm, welcoming environment and, when appropriate, can be part of sessions to support regulation, engagement, and a sense of safety.
Her involvement is always guided by client preference and comfort.
